What type of data is stored on the App?
There are several unique features available on the Snubbed App. Since the primary function of the App is to allow users to unplug from social media, snub incoming and/or outgoing calls or texts, lock up sensitive photos and videos and other media, and store journal texts for a set period of time by way of a password protected methodology (collectively, the "Functions"), in order to serve each of these distinct Functions, the App will collect and store all of the data used in connection with each of those Functions.

Children Online Privacy Protection Act
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("CHOPPA") puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the CHOPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
